DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, greensens ships to most destinations around the world. Please contact us if your country not on the list.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS FROM?
Each of our products are stored and shipped from within a network of warehouses across Germany. Depending on where you reside, your items will be shipped from the location nearest to you, ensuring your order is delivered on time!
DO YOU OFFER TRACKING ON ALL ORDERS?
Absolutely! Within 1-3 business days after placing your order, we will email all tracking numbers to the email address provided at checkout. In this email you’ll also find instructions for using the tracking codes. Tracking information will update and display approximately 1-2 business days after receiving the tracking email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our payment options are always safe, secure and encrypted using the latest technologies. We accept payment via Shopify Payments. You can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Please contact us within 24 hours to make any shipping changes! We process and ship orders very quickly so they get to you as soon as possible! If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee we will be able to change the destination of your package.
CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
Sure! Feel free to simply place a new order and we will make sure to get the additional items to you as soon as possible!
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page (if there are variants) and quantity – then click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THE GREENSENS STORE?
Absolutely! greensens uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your goods!
For electronics, the item/s must be in original condition with returns tag. All items must be in the original packaging. Please do not send items in naked package, otherwise with would have to charge you extra cost for destroyed package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
